A portfolio is more than the sum of its plants. RTC-X sizes one bid; MESH-T decides where the assets go across many — placement, connectivity allocation, and build phasing solved as one multi-plant optimization, with portfolio equity IRR as the objective.

Most portfolios are assembled plant by plant, each site judged on its own CUF and capex. MESH-T reruns that logic at portfolio level, where shared evacuation, congestion, and phasing change the answer — often completely.

Portfolio IRR Optimization

The objective is the portfolio's equity IRR, not a ranking of individual sites. Plants interact — through shared evacuation, connectivity limits, and phasing — and MESH-T solves them together in one optimization.

Connectivity & Evacuation Allocation

Which capacity goes to which substation, and what congestion and curtailment will cost there. Capex against evacuation trade-offs made explicit, before the connectivity applications are filed.

Asset Placement

Solar, wind, and storage placed against resource quality, connectivity, and tariff together. The best wind site is not always the best project, and the difference is quantifiable.

Phasing & Capex Trade-offs

Build order across the portfolio, modeled against falling BESS prices and evacuation availability. Includes battery value under constrained evacuation, where storage earns its place by shifting rather than adding energy.
