This policy describes how Elaris Power handles personal information collected through elarispower.com and the Elaris Power software products.

1. What we collect

Correspondence. When you email us (enquiries, demo or plan requests, webinar registration), we receive the information you choose to send — typically your name, organization, role, and project context.
Software accounts. When your organization subscribes to RTC-X or other products, we hold account details (name, work email, organization) and the project data your team enters into the application.
Website. The marketing website does not set tracking cookies and does not run third-party analytics. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) are retained by our hosting provider for security and operations.

2. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, provide and support subscribed software, administer webinars, and send information you have requested. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your project data for any purpose other than providing the service to your organization.

3. Customer project data

Data entered into Elaris Power software — tenders, cost assumptions, load profiles, results — belongs to your organization. It is isolated per organization, hosted in India, encrypted in backups, and accessible to Elaris Power personnel only for support and operations. Detailed data-handling terms are set out in your subscription agreement; a security and data-practices document is available on request for procurement review.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the business (hosting, email), each bound to use it solely for that purpose, or where required by law. No third-party advertising or data brokerage.

5. Retention and your rights

Correspondence is retained as long as needed for the relationship. Account and project data is retained per the subscription agreement and deleted or returned on termination as agreed. To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, write to us at the address below.
